In Bromley we take a strong partnership approach to tackling domestic abuse, rape andsexual assault, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, so-called ‘honour’-based violence, prostitution and child sexual exploitation – all things which can be considered to be gender-based violence or violence against womenand girls.

Staying safe.

Although all the services listed here can offer you help and support in staying safe, if at any time you feel in danger or it is an emergency always dial 999 so the Police can assist you.

Although this resource is written for women experiencing abuse from their male partner the advice is the same for many other abusive situations.
