What is Bromley Portage

Portage is part of the Pre-school Specialist Support and Disability Service, which includes the Outreach and Inclusion team, Phoenix Assessment Pre-School and Early Support Full Programme.
It is a free home visiting educational service for pre-school children who have Special Educational Needs/Disabilities (SEND).
Children in Bromley can receive Portage from birth until they start in reception class.
The Portage Service liaises with other agencies, e.g. health service professionals and pre-schools.
The Bromley Portage Service is registered with the National Portage Association.
