Healthy Start is available to families who receive benefits.
Pregnant women and people with children under 5 years get vouchers to buy fruit, vegetables and milk. When you sign up to Healthy Start you also get vouchers for Healthy Start Vitamins.
For more information on Healthy Start and how to apply, please go to https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/healthy-start-vouchers/how-to-apply/ or speak to your Midwife, Health Visitor or the staff at the Children and Family Centres. They can provide you with an application form.
Application forms for Healthy Start must be signed by a health professional, such as a Midwife or Health Visitor. If you are going to a Bromley Health Advice Clinic to have your Healthy Start form signed, please attend one of the Health Visitor-led clinics.
