Here are some questions* that get asked frequently.
Login to your account and click on "Change Personal Details" in the box on the right hand side of the screen. Update your details and click the "Save" button. A message will be sent to your council if you receive a Personal Budget or support from your council.

Open the e-mail sent to you when your account was created and click the link in the e-mail. It will be a series of letters and numbers, in blue, that are underlined. It will start with:
If this does not activate your account, re-enter the Activation Code into the activation code box. You will find the activation code in the e-mail sent to you when your account was created. If the new password does not fix the problem, please send an e-mail to Bromley@olmgroup.com.
Check you are using the correct username confirmed to you in your validation e-mail sent to you when you set the account up.
